Premier Reports Positive Drill Results at Wyoming Site

Premier American Uranium Inc. has reported encouraging drill results from its Cyclone ISR Project in Wyoming’s Great Divide Basin, with uranium mineralization confirmed in previously unexplored areas and extensions of existing deposits. The July 2025 campaign builds on last year’s findings and reveals the presence of a second mineralized trend, opening up new potential across the 26,180-acre project.

“We are encouraged by the strong results emerging from drilling at Cyclone Rim,” said Colin Healey, CEO of PUR. “Our understanding of the mineralized system improves with each phase, and we remain focused on expanding known zones while uncovering new areas of potential mineralization.”

A Broader U.S. Uranium Strategy

While the Cyclone Project is a flagship site, Premier American Uranium’s portfolio spans several major U.S. uranium districts:

  • Uravan Mineral Belt (Colorado): A historically productive region, the Uravan Belt hosts uranium-vanadium deposits and remains underexplored with modern techniques. Premier’s land holdings here position the company for potential ISR and conventional resource development in an area previously mined by Union Carbide and others.
  • Grants Mineral Belt (New Mexico): This belt includes some of the largest historical uranium deposits in the United States. Premier controls properties with historical data indicating resource potential and proximity to legacy operations, such as the Ambrosia Lake and Church Rock districts. The region is a strategic target for the company as demand for domestic uranium rises.

Premier’s diversified land portfolio gives it access to the Powder River, Great Divide, Shirley, and Wind River basins—home to the largest known U.S. economic uranium ore reserves. Combined with the Company’s relationships with key investors and technical partners, this positions Premier as a critical player in restoring U.S. uranium supply chains.

Why Uranium Matters to the United States

Uranium plays a critical role in supporting the United States’ energy security, clean energy goals, and national defense. Nuclear power generates approximately 19% of the nation’s electricity and is the largest single source of carbon-free baseload energy—providing consistent, around-the-clock power that complements intermittent renewables like wind and solar.

Uranium-fueled nuclear energy is a key pillar in decarbonizing the grid and increasing nuclear reach. Advanced nuclear technologies, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), are expanding the potential for safe, localized energy generation that can reduce emissions while strengthening grid resilience.

Additionally, uranium is a strategic asset for national security. It powers the U.S. Navy’s nuclear fleet and supports the Department of Energy’s efforts to maintain a domestic uranium reserve to guard against geopolitical disruptions. With much of the global uranium supply chain currently dominated by Russia and its allies, revitalizing domestic production has become a national priority.

Premier American Uranium’s projects in Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico align with this strategic need, offering secure, U.S.-based resources that reduce reliance on imports and support local economies through job creation and infrastructure investment.

Industry Context and Future Outlook

Wyoming has led the nation in uranium production since 1995, producing more than 238 million pounds since the 1950s. ISR (in-situ recovery) projects, like Cyclone, offer cost-effective and environmentally favorable methods of extraction. Premier’s focus on ISR techniques across multiple basins aligns with broader industry trends favoring rapid permitting and minimal surface disturbance.

Backed by institutional investors including Sachem Cove Partners, IsoEnergy Ltd., and Mega Uranium Ltd., Premier’s experienced team is executing a multistate strategy aimed at strengthening domestic energy independence while supporting nuclear energy’s role in decarbonization.

As results from the 2025 Cyclone drill program continue through the summer, the company is evaluating a possible expansion of the campaign to further define and connect uranium-bearing trends.
