Superior Environmental Solutions, a regional provider of industrial cleaning and environmental services, has acquired Midwest Waterblasting Ohio, in which MWC became a wholly owned subsidiary of SES.
MWC is an industrial cleaning company with operations based in Toledo, Ohio. Specializing in high-tech water blasting solutions, MWC will expand SES’s geographical sphere of influence, and provide a northern base of operations as SES continues to expand, SES says.
The companies did not disclose additional details of the acquisition.
