GreenSoft Technology Inc., an environmental compliance data and software provider, has announced a new service to help companies comply with a provision of the federal "Dodd-Frank" Wall Street reform legislation that requires publicly traded companies to disclose the sources of so-called "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. GreenSoft said it will contact mineral suppliers to fulfill the law's requirement of an audit performed by an independent third party to verify supply chains.
