Alvaro Pereira is an energy economist with 20 years of experience in economic, technical, and policy analysis with expertise in procurement, renewable energy, and power markets. Prior to EnerNOC, Dr. Pereira was Principal Consultant and VP of Marketing Operations at Daymark Energy Advisors. He was the head of a group responsible for economic and technical analyses of energy policies, programs, and regulatory filings at Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. Dr. Pereira has an M.S. in Transportation and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Economics and Studies, both from M.I.T., and holds degrees in Economics and Finance from UMass Amherst.
Peter Perrault, SMCP
Solutions Architect and Sustainability Practice Lead, EnerNOC
Peter is a Sustainability Management Certified Professional (SMCP) whose experience spans nearly 15 years working at the nexus of sustainability and technology. He was the first President of the Board of Directors for the Sustainability Management Association, and has “sat on all sides of the table” as a sustainability practitioner within local government, NGOs, industry groups and global corporations. Peter has held leadership positions with the UN Global Compact Supply Chain Traceability Task Force, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group’s Environment Committee, and was a member of the Technical Working Group that developed the WRI/GHG Protocol ICT Sector Guidance for emissions reporting. Peter earned his MA in Economics at the University of San Francisco and BA in Economics from Humboldt State University.
Richard Pickles

Prior to EnerNOC, Richard worked within the engineering department of a UK water supply company. He received his degree in IT from Leeds University.
