NoesisEaster Seals of Arkansas, which operates an outpatient services building in Little Rock, had been putting off problems with its HVAC system for about two years. Because it operates as a 24-hour care center, it was difficult to disrupt the staff and patients for an HVAC upgrade; also, the organization lacked funding. Ultimately, the HVAC problems became impossible to ignore and Easter Seals engaged Harrison Energy Partners to help solve its problem.

Harrison Energy worked with Noesis to not only propose a new HVAC system but also to provide third-party financing options.

Easter Seals approved the project within days. The HVAC system repair and upgrade will be installed August 2015 and will cost $184,277, providing an annual savings of $22,590.

Harrison Energy Partners also worked with the local utility to get a $53,000 rebate for Easter Seals. The HVAC project has a simple payback of a little over 7 years.
