CES Synergies’ subsidiary Cross Environmental Services (CES) has received a contract to remediate and demolish a 73,500-square-foot hotel complex in Vero Beach, Florida.
CES will first remediate the buildings by removal of asbestos-containing material within a portion of the complex by means of strip and removal and wet method.
Once the complex is fully remediated, CES will demolish 100 percent of the remaining structures and dispose of it.
Last month RACER (Revitalizing Auto Communities Environmental Response) Trust, which was created to clean up for redevelopment properties and other facilities owned by the former General Motors before its 2009 bankruptcy, has selected Terradex to provide web-based environmental monitoring at five RACER locations in four states.
