Alder, a Nordic growth capital investor, has acquired Gasmet Technologies Oy, a manufacturer of gas monitoring equipment in the environmental instrumentation sector, for an undisclosed sum.
Gasmet’s products are employed globally in regulatory monitoring, process control and environmental/safety applications.
Gasmet’s existing management team will continue running the company.
Dag Broman, a partner at Alder, says the acquisition is a long-term investment that will drive Gasmet’s future growth.
