Jacksonville, Florida-based waste and recycling firm Advanced Disposal has acquired certain assets of Disposal Management Systems, based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The acquisition includes commercial customers throughout the Chicago area, and various trucks and containers. Four Disposal Management Systems employees are joining the Advanced Disposal team.
Advanced Disposal, the largest privately owned environmental services company in the US, says the acquisition helps it as it seeks to expand its footprint.
