JM Family Enterprises Goes Big with cr360

cr360JM Family Enterprises, which is 21st on Forbes’ list of America’s largest private companies, is using sustainable software from cr360 to cut costs and increase efficiency, according to a press release posted at Environmental Experts.

The release says that JM, which among other holdings own subsidiaries that distribute Toyota and Scion vehicles, is using cr360 manage GHG emissions, water and waste environmental data. The release says that more than 60 people engage with the system to monitor fundamental data across 50 buildings. The system is moving from 40 people hard keying in data to an automated system that cr360 is developing with Urjanet. JM has made a number of other improvements, including a reduction of waste collections on its corporate campus by two-thirds.

Last year, Navigant Research said that the cumulative value of the distributed energy resources (DER) monitoring and control technologies market will be $120.3 billion from 2015 to 2024.
